If we offer ourselves the time to reflect and actually see the vast complexity of our world, the implications are beyond measure. Through simply examining a single object, in front of us, we can observe it’s inextricable connection to all things. Every single thing we encounter comes from something. Everything is created... composed. When we begin to delve into the vastness of relationships between all things, a deep sense of awe and gratitude inevitably arises.
A.- If we entertain the idea that everything is giving and collaborating, even the lack of something is “contributing” to any particular thing’s existence, how does this impact the way we value or define it’s worth? ( Sometime we kill bugs just telling to ourselves that they are not worthy at all.)

LIFE AS LAB EXERCISE:
B.- After reflection, bring this profound awareness of interconnection into your everyday life. You may wish to use your Mindfulness app or a timer and set it for timed intervals. When the timer sounds, just continue with what you are doing, but bring your focused awareness to each action, each object, each thought, the web of connection (i.e. the doorknob in front of you, your shoes, the hand your are holding and so on...)
